不同季节元宝枫叶中的三种黄酮苷元的含量测定 被引量:14

摘要 目的:利用反相高效液相色谱法测定不同季节元宝枫中槲皮素、山柰酚和异鼠李素含量,为元宝枫药用质量标准的建立奠定基础。方法:采用DiamonsilTM(钻石) C18色谱柱(4. 6mm×250mm, 5μm);流动相甲醇水(含1 冰醋酸) (60∶40);流速1. 0mL·min-1;检测波长360nm。结果:通过对样品的分析,证明其中含有槲皮素、山柰酚和异鼠李素三种黄酮苷元。并对不同季节样品的测定得到了满意的结果。槲皮素平均回收率100. 4 ,RSD=1. 61 (n=5);山柰酚平均回收率为102. 5 ,RSD=1. 77 (n=5);异鼠李素平均回收率为102. 3 ,RSD=1. 63 (n=5)。其中含有的山柰酚和异鼠李素为首次报道。结论:所建立的方法简便、准确、可靠,可作为元宝枫药用质量控制方法。 AIM: To use qualitative and quantitative RP HPLC for the sepatation and determination of flavonoids found in the leaves of Acer truncatum bunge in spring, summer and autumn. METHODS: The determination of three kinds of flavonoid aglycones was carried out with Diamonsil TM C 18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm), using methanol water(1% acetic acid) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min -1 and detected at the wavelength of 360 nm. RESULTS: The average recovery of quercetin was 100.4%, RSD =1.61%( n =5). The average recovery of kaempferol was 102.5%, RSD =1.77%( n=5 ). The average recovery of isorhamnetin was 102.3% , RSD =1.63%( n=5 ) CONCLUSION: Isorhamnetin and kaempferol in the leaves are reported here for the first time. The methods were simple, rapid and reliable and could be used to control the quality of the herbal medicines prepared from the leaves of Acer Truncatum Bunge.
