摘要 针对油水井套管损坏问题,通过对油田岩石力学特性进行测试,从岩石含水、泥岩膨胀、泥岩的蠕变等特性进行研究,确定了岩石的弹性模量、泊松比、内摩擦角等参数与含水、套管强度的关系。通过室内模拟试验,进一步弄清了非均匀地应力作用下地层流变对套管产生的外载分布规律及其随时间的变化规律,以及水泥环性质、地应力大小、泥岩含水量等对套管外载的影响规律,为解决套管损坏问题提供了依据。 On the basis of the problem of casing failure in oil/water well, the paper researched the characteristics of water- bearing rock, shale expansion and shale creep and determined the relation of rock's elastic modulus, Poisson's ratio, internal friction angle etc. with water cut and casing strength. Lab. simulation experiments were performed to find out the influence of formation fluid in non - uniform earth stress on casing outside stress distribution and its variation by time, meanwhile, to make clear the effect of cement sheath, earth stress, shale water cut and other factors on casing outside stress. These provide a scientific basis to solve the problem of casing failure.
