Application of RBF Neural Network in the Prediction of the Capital Construction Investment

采用了径向基函数网络,在对原始数据进行平滑处理的基础上学习与训练,并应用于基本建设投资预测的实践当中。模拟结果表明,实际预测中效果较为理想,从而为基本建设投资的预测提供了一种新的方法和理论依据。

The learning and training of Radial Basis Function Neural Network are adopted in this paper after the primitive numbers are handled smoothly. They are used in the prediction of investment in capital construction. This simulation result shows that it is successful for RBF Neural Network to be used in it. So a new method and theory are provided in the prediction of investment in capital construction.
