三黄丸对溃疡性结肠炎大鼠模型组织TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8的影响

Effect of Sanhuang Pill on TNF-α and IL-6 and IL-8 in Model Tissue of Big Rat With Ulcer Colitides

目的:观察三黄丸汤剂对大鼠溃疡性结肠炎(UC)病变结肠组织TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8的影响,研究三黄丸治疗UC的机制。方法:采用2,4-二硝基氯苯(DNCB)免疫加醋酸局部灌肠法建立大鼠UC模型,ELISA法检测大鼠结肠组织TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8值。结果:三黄丸汤剂能显著降低大鼠UC模型TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8含量。结论:三黄丸汤剂能抑制结肠粘膜促炎因子的释放可能是其治疗UC的作用机制之一。

Objective: To observe the effect of Sanhuang pill on TNF-α, IL-6, IL-8 in colon tissue of rat with UC. To study the mechanism that treated UC by Sanhuang pill. Method: To adopt DNCB and add to acetum for establishing the model of UC, to use ELISA for examining TNF-α, IL-6, IL-8 in colon tissue of big rat. Result: It was one of the effective mechanisms that Sanhuang tablets could restrain the release of urging inflammation gene.
