摘要
文章通过对50名进行心理训练的大学生进行观察测试,并设对照组比较,结果显示适当的心理训练有助于降低大学生的抑郁、焦虑等因素水平。
Through observing and testing fifty undergraduates who had been made psychological exercises, and setting a control group for compare, the result showed it could relaxed dumps and anxiety of undergraduates by fit psychological exercises.
