摘要
目的 探讨颌下腺移位术对防治鼻咽癌放疗后引起口干燥症的手术前后护理措施。方法 通过对36例初诊为鼻咽癌,在放疗前2～3周入住我科行颌下腺移位术患者实施术前护理、术后观察与护理。结果 36例手术均获成功,无并发症发生,行颌下腺移位术的鼻咽癌患者放疗后发生口干燥症的几率低。结论 对未发生颈淋巴结转移的鼻咽癌患者,可行颌下腺移位术,术前做好健康教育、心理护理,术后密切观察病情及颌下腺分泌情况,适当限制体位及适时的心理疏导。
Objective To discuss the preoperative and postoperative nursing procedures of submaxillary gland transposition (SGT) for preventing xerocheilia caused by radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods To make preoperative nursing, postoperative observation and nursing for 36 nasopharyngeal carcinoma patientswho take submaxillary gland transposition 2 to 3 weeks before radiotherapy. Result 36 cases are all successful, no complication happened, the occurent rate of xerocheilia is low for nasopharyngeal carcinoma patient after radiotherapy with SGT. Conclusion To carry out SGT for nasopharyngeal carcinoma patient who has no lymphondi cervicales transportation, it should do well in preoperative health education, mental care, and make careful observation of patient condition and secretor status, it is case of successful operation to limit position and suitable mental leading and support test gland body function.
