四种长白山产当归属药用植物的香豆精成分研究

Studies on the Coumarin Constituents of Four Speies in Genus Angelica From Changbai Mountain

从长白山产当归属中草药黑水当归、狭叶当归、大活和朝鲜当归中分离出12种香豆素。经理化常数和光谱分析,确定为伞形花内酯(umbelliferone, Ⅰ),佛手柑内酯(bergapten Ⅱ),欧前胡素(imperatorin, Ⅲ),异欧前胡素(isoimperatorin, Ⅳ),花椒毒素(xanthotoxin, Ⅴ),6,7-二甲氧基香豆素(scoparone Ⅵ),二氢山芹醇当归酸酯(columbianadin, Ⅶ),紫花前胡甙元(nodakenetin, Ⅷ),花椒毒酚(xanthotoxol, Ⅸ),前胡醇(decursinol, Ⅹ),东茛菪素(scopoletin, Ⅺ)和紫花前胡甙(nodakenin, Ⅻ)。

Twelve coumarins were isolated from the roots of Angelica amurensis, A. anomala, A. dahurica and A. gigas in Changbai Mountain. On the basis of chemical evidence and spectral data, they were identified as uro elliferone( I ), bergapten( Ⅱ), imperatorin(Ⅲ) isoimperatorin(Ⅳ), xanthotoxin(V), scoparone(Ⅵ), columbianadin(Ⅶ), nodakentin(Ⅷ) xanthotoxol(Ⅸ), decursinol(Ⅹ), scopletin(Ⅺ) and nodakenin(Ⅻ).
