运动序贯治疗老年2型糖尿病合并下肢血管病变的追踪观察

The effects of exercises sequential therapy on blood flow of vascular disease in the lower extremities in senile type 2 diabetic mellitus

目的 评价凯时注射液配合运动序贯治疗老年糖尿病下肢血管病变的远期疗效。方法 6 0例患者随机分2组对照观察,观察组30例,予生理盐水10 0ml静滴,凯时注射液2 0 μg经输液器小壶滴入,1次/d ,治疗10d后辅以6个月低强度运动。对照组30例,单纯凯时治疗10d。结果 观察组凯时治疗一疗程后API、MN值较治疗前升高,执行运动方案6个月后观察指标较药物治疗后无明显变化,P >0 .0 5。对照组凯时治疗后MN、API升高,但6个月后各指标下降,P <0 .0 1。

Objective To evaluate the effects of exercises on blood flow of vascular disease in the lower extremities in senile type 2 diabetic mellitus. Methods To divide 60 patients into observed group and contrast group, each group has 30 cases, the observed groups were injected 100 ml physiological saline with alprostadil therapy 20 μg injection once per day, they take lower intensity exercise for half a year after 10-day therapy. The contrast group purely take alprostadil therapy for 10 days. Results API and MN increase apparently after alprostadil injection in two groups (P<0.01), then decrease apparently in alprostadil group(P<0.01) after half year. But in exercise group, API and MN have not significant change in half year (P> 0.05 ). Conclusion The exercises sequential therapy can stabilize the curing effect for long period to some degree.
