摘要
采用比色法和TLC法,对所获绞股蓝不同无性系及不同世代的愈伤组织中总皂甙含量进行了分析,并与原植物作了TLC比较。
By methods of spectrophotometry and TLC, the content of total saponins in the callus of Gyno-stemma pentaphyllum from different clone and generations was analyzed, and TLC of total saponins in originel plants and the callus was compared.
