大青叶抗内毒素实验

The Antiendotoxin Effect of Folium Isatidis

经体内、体外实验发现大青叶有抗大肠杆菌O_(111)B_4内毒素作用。体外实验按细菌内毒素检查法进行,结果大青叶氯仿提取物的1％溶液稀释64倍后仍有破坏内毒素作用。体内实验按热源检查法进行,结果经药物作用后的内毒素按家兔每公斤体重注入40EU剂量,不能产生典型的致热反应。

The experiments suggested that the chloroform extract of Folium Isatidis took markable effect of antiendotoxin. In vitro, it was still effective when the solution of 1% CHCl3 extract was diluted to its 1/64. In vivo, the experiments also revealed the effect, according to measuring the temperatures of rabbits, whch were devided into 3 groups: group A, given 1% CHC13 extract (2ml/kg) (D) and Coli O111 B4 (20Eu/ml) 40Eu/kg (E); gruop B, given D (2ml/kg); group C, given E 40Eu/kg. The results showed that the average rising temperature was: group A 0.317℃, B 0.183℃ and C 0.95℃.
