本文对山萆薢根茎性状、根茎横切面及粉末显微特征、根茎薄层色谱等方面作了鉴定研究,为山萆薢的开发利用提供鉴别依据。

The character, the microscopic characteristics of cross section and powder, the thin layer chrom-atography of Dioscorea tokoro rhizoms were identified in the paper. The result provided a basis of pharmacognostical identification for the development and utilizition of Dioscorea tokoro rhizome.
