摘要
以茎尖为外植体,采用MS培养基为基本培养基,适当调整激素浓度,进行白网纹草丛生芽诱导技术及外植体消毒技术研究。结果表明:以培养基MS+BA0.1+IBA0.1诱导丛生芽效果最好;其中培养基MS+BA0.1+IBA0.1～0.2中有少量根形成。
Stem-point is used as explant. And medium MS is used as basic medium. Concentration of internal secretion is adjusted properly. Clump-germ induction of Fittonia Verschaffelti is studied. Result is: effect of clump-germ induction is the best by medium MS+BA0.1+IBA0.1;and seldom roots come into being in medium MS+BA0.1+IBA0.1～0.2 .
