职前英语教师教育模式改革构想

On the Reformation of Pre-service English Teacher Education Model

新课程标准对英语教师提出的要求,使得我国目前的职前英语教师教育模式改革,成为当务之急。文章从课程设置、教学内容及教学方法等方面,分析了我国职前英语教师教育的现状和问题,提出了建设性的意见和建议,如增加课程设置的实用性和针对性,提倡建构主义的教学观和学习观以及在教学过程中理论联系实际,等等。

The requirements of the new English curriculum for English teachers make it urgent to reform our pre-service English teacher education model. Based on the analysis of the current situation of our country's pre-service teacher education from the course arrangement, teaching content and teaching method, the paper proposes several constructive suggestions such as making the courses more practical, promoting constructivist teaching and learning model,uniting theory and practice in teaching.
