摘要
文章从各地方招商引资的工作方法入手,研究了各地在改善投资软环境,加大开发区建设,实行招商引资责任制等方面存在的误区,指出各地要研究资本的运行规律,制定切实可行的方案,才能使经济建设朝着健康有序的方向发展。
This paper, based on the working of inviting outside investment in different local areas, analyzes the errors there exist in local area's efforts to improve investment environment , increase the construction of development zones and practice the system of job responsibility in inviting outside investment. This paper also points out that careful study should be given to circulation law of capital and workable plans should be made in order to achieve healthy and orderly development of economic construction.
