摘要
土生空团菌(CenococcumgeophilumFr.)是自然界最为常见的外生菌根真菌之一。通过对其菌丝体营养生理特性的研究,报道了不同培养基,碳、氮源和pH值对于土生空团菌菌丝体生长的影响。结果表明:(1)从供试的培养基来看,MRD为最适培养基;(2)该菌在供试的C源中以葡萄糖和蔗糖利用较好;(3)N源的利用以硝酸钾效果最佳,而且该菌种也能够利用有机态的氮(即蛋白胨);(4)土生空团菌菌丝体对pH值的适应范围较广。
Cenococcum geophilum is a familiar ECMF in the world.The paper investigated the pure culture conditions of Cenococcum geophilum hyphae. The results showed that:(1)the best growing medium was MRD;(2) glucose and sucrose were better carbon sorce for hyphae growth;(3)KNO3 was the optimal nitrogen source, but the hyphae can also utilize some organic nitrogen sources to some limited extent;(4) the hyphae had relatively wide pH ranges.
