栽培射干化学成分的分离与鉴定

Separation and Identification of Chemical Compositions from Cultivated Belamcanda chinensis

本文从栽培射干中分离出两个异黄酮类化合物。根据理化常数及光谱数据,证明成分Ⅰ为次野鸢尾黄素(Irisflorentin);成分Ⅱ为野鸢尾甙元(Irigenin)。

Two compounds of isoflavones were isolated from rhizoma of the cultivated Belamcanda Chinese. On the bases of physical, chemical and spectral evidences, structure of composition I is Irisflorentin, and cmposition II is Irigenit.
