雷贝拉唑与奥美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡疗效比较

A comparison of efficacy of rabeprazole and omerazole in treatment of peptic ulcer

目的观察雷贝拉唑治疗消化性溃疡的疗效。方法180例消化性溃疡并发疼痛患者分为2组,观察组100例,用雷贝拉唑10mg,每日1次口服;对照组80例,用奥美拉唑20mg,每日1次口服,疗程均为4周。比较两组的临床疗效。结果观察组和对照组的溃疡愈合率分别为90.0%和65.0%,有显著差异(P<0.05),4周内溃疡性疼痛消失率分别为100.0%和85.0%,1d内疼痛消失率分别为95.0%和45.0%,均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论雷贝拉唑治疗消化性溃疡有较好的疗效。

Objective To observe the efficacy of rabeprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer.Methods One handred and eighty patients with peptic ulcer and pain were randomly into two groups,100 patients in the observative group received rabeprazole 10 mg,po,1 time a day for 4 weeks and 80 patients in the observative group received omerazole 20 mg,po,1 time a day for 4 weeks.Results Ulcer healing rates in the observative group was 90.0% and that in the control group was 65.0%(P<0.05) .The rates of ulcer pain disappearance in a week in the observative group and the control group were 100.0%and 85.0%,the rates of ulcer pain disappearance in a day in the trial group and the control group were 95.0% and 45.0% repectively,significant differences among 2 groups(P<0.05) were found.Conclusion Rabeprazole has good therapeutic effects for peptic ulcer.
