多层羊膜移植治疗真菌性角膜溃疡疗效观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察多层羊膜移植治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的临床效果。方法真菌性角膜溃疡16例,于手术显微镜下彻底剖切溃疡灶及周围水肿混浊的角膜组织,取3~5层羊膜修剪成与植床大小相当的块状,上皮面朝上贴敷于溃疡面,再取1块较大的羊膜覆盖于最外层并以100尼龙线缝合固定。结果16例(16眼)均临床治愈,溃疡面遗留不同程度的瘢痕。术后6个月视力0.04者3眼,0.02者6眼,指数/10cm7眼。结论多层羊膜移植治疗真菌性角膜溃疡方法简单,疗效较好,尤其适用于无条件作角膜移植的患者和基层医院。 Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of fungal corneal ulcer treated by amnion transplantation.Methods Incise the corneal ulcer under the microscope and clean the focal lesion and peripheral edematous and turbid tissues so as to form an implant bed.Taking the 3~5 layers of amnion,cut them into the same size as that implant bed,and put them against the surface of wound with the outer epithelium upward.Then cover it with a larger layer of amniotic membrane.Finally,suture it with 10-0 nylon stitch.Results All 16 patients with fungal corneal ulcer was covery,leaving different cicatrices on the ulcer surfaces.Eyesight examination after 6 monthe shows that there are 3 cases that have a vision of 0.04,6 cases of 0.02,and 7 cases with the index/10 cm.Conclusion It is a simple method with a better curative effect to treat the fungal corneal ulcer by multilayer amnion transplantation,which is particularly suitable for the patients without conditions of corneal transplantation in a basic level hospital.
