依那普利对2型糖尿病合并高血压患者血压及胰岛素敏感性指数的影响

Effect of enalapril on blood pressure and insulin sensitivity index in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension

目的观察依那普利对2型糖尿病合并高血压患者的血压(BP)及胰岛素敏感性指数(IBI)的影响。方法116例2型糖尿病合并高血压患者服用依那普利,观察治疗前及治疗12周后BP、体重指数(BMI)、空腹血糖(FBG)、及空腹胰岛素(FINS)的变化。结果治疗后BP、BMI、FINS、FBG明显下降(P<0.0或P<0.05),ISI明显上升(P<0.05)。结论依那普利能有效降低2型糖尿病合并高血压患者的血压并增加胰岛素敏感性。

Objective To observe the effect of enalapril on blood pressure(BP)and insulin sensitivity index(ISI)in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(DM) complicated with hypertension.Methods One handred and sixteen patients with type 2 DM complicated with hypertension was treated with enalapril.The blood pressure (BP),body mass index(BMI),fasting plasma glucose (FPG),fasting plasma insulin (FINS) were tested before treatment,12 week after treatment.Results After treatment,the BP,FPG were obviously lowered,the ISI were obviously risen(P<0.05).Conclusion The enalapril can effectly lower BP and rise the insulin sensitivity in patients with type 2 DM complicated with hypertension.
