胰腺闭合性损伤48例分析

Clinical analysis of 48 cases closed injury of pancreas

目的探讨胰腺闭合性损伤早期诊断的方法和术式与预后关系。方法对48例胰腺不同程度闭合性损伤的诊断和治疗进行回顾和分析。结果48例患者中治愈46例(96%),并发胰瘘3例,十二指肠瘘1例,腹腔内感染2例,应激性溃疡合并上消化道出血1例,死亡2例(4%)。结论胰腺闭合性损伤早期诊断及手术方式的选择是减少并发症及死亡率的关键。

Objective To explore the relationship between the method of early diagnose,the pattern of operation and the prognosis in the closed injury of pancreas.Methods The diagnoses and trear ment of 48 patients with differeut degree closed injury of pancreas were analyzed retrospectively.Results Forty six patients wera cured,3 patients occurred pancreas fistula,1 patient occurred fistula of duodenum.2 patients occurred infection in abdominal,1 patient occurred stress ulcer and gastrodaodenal bleed,and 2 patients were dead(4%).Conclusion The early diagnosis and the select of pattern operative for the closed injury of pancreas are the key to reduce the complications and the rate of death.
