摘要
目的:探讨薏苡仁酯(coixenolide,CXL )对人鼻咽癌细胞裸鼠移植瘤辐射效应的影响。方法:将该肿瘤细胞株CNE- 2 Z移植到裸鼠,成瘤后经CXL预处理再进行γ射线外照射。结果:CXL以量效方式提高移植瘤的放射敏感性。与对照组比较,肿瘤生长缓慢,放射损伤修复时间延长。放射增敏率7.1 9%~2 6 .2 8%。结论:CXL 对人鼻咽癌细胞裸鼠移植瘤具有放射增敏作用。
Objective: To study the effect of coixenolide(CXL)on irradiation to laboratory-produced human nasopharyngealcarcinoma. Methods: Tumor cell line CNE-2Z was transplanted to nude mice for determining susceptibility to γ-ray and the effect of the drag on radiation. Results: CXL aggravated the tumor-transplanted damage after irradiation in adose-dependent fashion, which exhibited the tumor growth was slower and the time of damage repair longer than control. The sensitizing enhancement ratios were 7.19%~26.28%.Conclusion: CXL can increase the tumor radiosensitivity.
