妈咪爱、易蒙停联合治疗婴幼儿腹泻的临床研究

A clinical study of medilac-vita combining with loperamide hydrochloride on the treatment of fantile diarrhea

目的:探讨妈咪爱与易蒙停治疗婴幼儿腹泻的疗效。方法:收集在我院儿科住院的婴幼儿腹泻患儿96例,随机分成两组。对照组4 6例,入院后给补液、纠正电解质紊乱、抗病毒、助消化等对症治疗,根据大便性状及培养结果加用抗生素治疗;治疗组5 0例,在常规治疗基础上加用妈咪爱与易蒙停口服。结果:治疗组总有效率为92 .0 %,显效率为72 .0 %,对照组总有效率为6 0 .9%,显效率为4 3.5 %,两组比较有极显著性差异(P<0 .0 1 )。治疗后止泻时间:治疗组为(39.4 9±1 3.5 5 ) h,对照组为(5 2 .1 5±1 4 .91 ) h,两组止泻时间比较有极显著性差异(P<0 .0 1 ) ;住院时间:治疗组为(4.39±1 .2 ) d,对照组为(5 .35±1 .5 ) d,两组住院时间比较有极显著性差异(P<0 .0 1 )。结论:加用妈咪爱与易蒙停口服,可明显缩短病程,提高治愈率。二药合用可作为婴幼儿腹泻的重要治疗措施之一。

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of medilac-vita combining with loperamide hydrochloride on the treatment of fantile diarrhea. Methods: 96 cases admitted in our hospital from Jun. 2000 to Dec. 2002 were divided randomly into two groups. Control group was given liquid therapy, rectified the electrolyte confusion, and were antivirus, aiding digestion therapies. etc. What's more, according to their character of feces and the result of feces cultivating, doctors will use the antibiotics to cure fantile diarrhea. Treatment group was given medilac-vita combining with loperamide hydrochloride on the base of routine therapy. Results: The total efficiency of treated group was 92 0%, prominence efficiency was 72.0%. The total efficiency of control group was 60.9%, prominence efficiency was 43.5%. The remarkable difference was found between the two groups(P<0.01). The time of relieving diarrhea in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group after its administration (P<0.01). The days of hospitalization in the treatment group was also significantly shorter than that in the control group after its administration(P<0.01). Conclusion: The clinical effect of medilac-vita combining with loperamide hydrochloride on the treatment of fantile diarrhea was remarkable. It would shorten the course of disease and improve the rate of curing. Medilac-vita combining with loperamide hydrochloride can be one of the treatment measures for curing the fantile diarrhea.
