冠脉病变与心钠素、内皮素相关性探讨 被引量：1

摘要 目的　观测冠状动脉粥样硬化影像表现与血浆内皮素- 1 (ET - 1 )和心钠素(ANP)水平的关系。方法对76例行冠状动脉造影者造影前取静脉血测定ET - 1和ANP水平,冠状动脉腔径狭窄≥5 0 %者为严重冠状动脉病变组,反之为对照组,比较2组间ET - 1、ANP的差别。结果　严重冠脉病变组ET - 1、ANP指标明显高于对照组。结论　测定ET - 1、ANP可大致反映冠状动脉病变严重程度。
