山柰和苦山奈精油化学成分的比较研究

Studies on the Constituents of Essential Oil from Kaem feria galanga and K. marginata

应用气相色谱和薄层鉴别的方法,对山柰Kaempferia galanga L.和苦山柰Kaempferia marginata Carey精油的化学成分进行了比较研究,共鉴定了反—对甲氧基桂皮酸乙酯、桂皮酸乙酯、龙脑等30个化学成分。研究表明,山柰和苦山柰精油的化学成分基本相同,但是其中某些成分如反—对甲氧基桂皮酸乙酯、1,8—桉油素、十五烷等,在含量上相差较大,因此,二者是不能混用的。

The rhizome of Kaempferia galanga is the traditional Chinese medicinal material named Shannai, and the rhizome of Kaempjeria marginata is a native of south Yunan province, named Kushannai. Sometimes Kushannai is used as Shannai. For the studies of the quality of these two species, we analyse comparatively the constituents and content of their essential oil. Analytic method is GC and GC-MS. The result shows to contain 30 components, including p-msthoxy-ethyl-cinrmmate, ethyl-cinnamate, p-metooxy-styrene etc. Their constituents are baisc similarity, but the content has some difference, for example, that of p-methoxy-ethyl-cinnamate, 1, 8-cineole and fifteen-aikane. So, Shannai and kushannai can not be confused.
