病残儿神经精神类疾病病因分析及优生指导

The Causes Analysis and Birth Health Guidance for Children Suffered from Nerrous and Mental Diseases

目的:提高人口素质,减少出生缺陷。方法:对1998年至2 0 0 4年7a期间我县经鉴定的病残儿的调查及相关资料分析。结果:98例神经精神类残疾儿中,因环境因素引起的占4 0 .8% ,产科质量造成的占2 4 .5 % ,遗传病因导致的占11.2 % ,原因不明的占2 3.5 %。结论:随着生育观的改变,对婚前、孕前、孕期、围产期保健以及遗传咨询、产前筛查、产前诊断等一系列措施的落实要引起足够重视。

Objective To improve the health of the pe ople,reduce the birth defect.Methods To analyse the disease materi als of disabled children that were identified from 1998 to 2004.Results In 98 Children suffered from nervous and mental diseases,40.8 % of the chi ldrenWere caused disease by environmental factcr,24.5 % were caused disease by q uality of obstetrical department,11.2 % were caused disease by hereditary factor s,23.5 % were caused disease by unidentified reasons.Conclusion Wi th the progress of society,the change of parenting view,it is essential to pay m ore attention to the implementation of prenuptial health care,perinatal health c are,genetic consultation,prenatal screening and prenatal diagnosis.
