扶正冲剂的免疫药理学实验研究

A IMMUNOPHARMACOLOGICAL STUDY ON FUZHENG GRANULE

扶正冲剂３０ｇ／ｋｇ，４３ｇ／ｋｇ，ｉｇ，每日一次，连续５～９ｄ，结果表明扶正冲剂能明显度高小鼠单核巨噬细胞的吞噬能力（Ｐ＜０．００１），使氢考所致小鼠免疫功能低下模型ＩｇＭ恢复至正常水平（Ｐ＜０．０５），且能增强ＰＨＡ诱发免疫低下小鼠的淋巴细胞转化（Ｐ＜０．００１）；对氢考所致的阳虚模型有显著的益气补阳作用，使小鼠休重增加，体温恢复正常，并能提高小鼠对饥饿、疲劳等恶性刺激的抵抗能力。

The oral administration of 33g/kg , 43g/kg of Fuzheng Granule once a day for 5～9 days in mice showed that it could promote the clearance of charcoal particles (P<0. 0013 , en-hance the PHA-induced lymphocytic transformation (P<0. 001 ) ,and restore the IgM level tonormal (P<0. 05) in model mice with immunosuppression induced by hydrocortisone. It could in-crease body weight, restore normal body temperature and increase the tolerance of hunger and fa-tigue in mice with yang-deficiency induced by hydrocortisone. It is indicated that Fuzheng Gran-ule exerts a tonifying effect on qi and yang in the mice with yang deficiency.
