摘要
报导华迪烫火伤膏中盐酸小檗碱（Ｂｅｒｂｅｒｉｎｅ）的分离、测定方法。测定结果：基质（空白）加对照品回收率为１００．２３％，ｃｖ％＝１．２。样品加对照品回收率为９７．７４％，ｃｖ％＝１．９．标准曲线回归方程Ｙ＝０．ｌ１１＋２．５８０Ｘ，相关系数ｒ＝０．９９９６。方法准确，操作简便。
he isolation and the determination of
berberine hydrochloride in Huadi TanghuoshangGao with the dry-column chromatography-UV
spectrometry were reported. The results showedthat the recovery rate of ground substance (blank)
added with control was 100.23% and CVl.20%, and the recovery rate of the sample added with
control was 97.74% and CV l.90%.
