止血复脉口服液治疗厥脱证（失血性休克）临床试验

A CliNnical Trial of Zhi Xue Fu Mai Oral Liquld for theTrcatment of Jue Tuo Syndrome

用中药新药止血复脉口服液治疗厥脱证（上消化道出血所致失血性休克），通过对１７５例病人临床试验，结果表明：治疗组显效率为７７．１９％，对照组为３７．７０％，两组疗效有非常显著性差异（ｐ＜０．０１）。同时，止血复脉口服液止血效果明显优于对照组，大便潜血转阴时间及对中医主证改善、血压回升、厥脱改善、症情稳定等所需时间都明显短于对照组所需时间，经统计学处理，均有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１～０．０５），说明止血复脉口服液对改善失血性休克和治疗上消化道出血疗效确切，且服用安全方便，为中医厥脱证及吐血、黑便的治疗提供了一种新的制剂。

n this paper,Zhi xue Fu Mai oral liquid was used for the treatment of 175 eases with Jue TuoSyndrome (hemorrhagic shock due to upper digestive tract bleeding). The results sbowed that themarkedly effective rate of the treatment group was 77.19% and that of the control group was 37.70%,the difference being very significant (P<0.01).Meanwhile,the hemostatic effect was better,the time necessary for the disappearance of occult blood in the stool was shorter,the elevation of blood presurewas more marked,and the relief of symptoms was more evident in the treatment group than in thecontrol group(P<0.01～0.05).It is indicated that Zhi Xue Fu Mai Oral Liquid is effective for hemo-rrhagic shock due to upper digestive truct bleeding. and it is safe and convenient for use.This providesa new remedy for the treatment of Jue Tuo Syndrome with hematemesis and melena.
