摘要
在煎膏剂中用薄层色谱法进行成分的定性鉴别，除去糖分的干扰是个关键。本文就其中的化橘红和甘草的薄层色谱鉴别作了进一步的研究，采用大孔树脂除糖的办法，得到了较满意的结果。操作简便、快捷。
liminating the interference of cerbohydrates is the crucial step in qualifying the
active componentsin the decoction with thin layer chromatography. In this study, Exocarpium Citri
Grandis and RadixGlycyrrhizae were identified by TCL after removing the carbohydrates with the
big-pore resin. The resultwas satisfactory and the procedure was simple and convenient.
