摘要
应用大鼠营养性肥胖模型,研究中药参减肥粉减肥作用及其帆理。结果表明参减肥粉可降低Lee’s指数和脂肪系数;降低血中和肝脏的TG水平;降低血糖;增加血胰岛素和雌二醇的水平。其减肥机理与调节脂质代谢和糖代谢有关;与增加雌二醇和胰岛素水平有关;不影响血睾酮、皮质醇、cAMP和cAMP/cGMP水平,也不影响α-淀粉酶活性。
Rat models with nutritional obesity were applied for the study of antiobesic effect ofShen Zhe Jian Fei Fen (SZJEF) and its mechanism. SZJEF was given at the dosage of 2g/kg and 0.4g/kgfor four weeks and fenfluramine at a dosage of 6mg/kg as control. The results showed that 2g/kg SZJEFcould reduce the Lee’s index (P<0.05) and fat index (P=0.05),could significantly reduce plasma TG,liver TG and serum glucose, and increase serum insulin and extradiol. Its antiobesic mechanism may berelated to the regulation of lipid and glucose rnetabolism and the increase of estradiol and insulin, but theblood levels of testosterone, cortisol,cAMP, cAMP/cGMP and the activity of amylase were not affected.
