摘要
在石硫法的基础上，对用不同浓度的乙醇、ｐＨ条件提取的金银花提取物进行了溶血、兔眼结膜法及人鼻腔粘膜的刺激性比较试验后，结果表明金银花水提取液由ｐＨ１～２用碱调至个性后再进行石硫法提取可降低金银花提取物的刺激性。
After treated with lime and sulfuric acid, Flos Lonicerae was extracted by varioasconcentrations of ethanol at vanous pH values.The irritative effects of the extracts on hemolysis,rabbitconjuncitva and human nasal mucosa were compared.The results showed that the water extract whichwas adjusted from pH 1-2 to neutral reaction by alkali and extracted with lime and sulfruic acid elicitedelow irritative effect.
