摘要
制备了稀土改性的固体超强酸SO42-/TiO2-La2O3催化剂,并利用该催化剂催化合成了丁酸丁酯,探讨了诸因素对收率的影响。实验表明,SO42-/TiO2-La2O3具有良好的催化活性,正丁醇与正丁酸的投料摩尔比n(醇)∶n(酸)=1.5∶1,催化剂用量为反应物料总质量的1.5%,反应时间1h,丁酸丁酯的收率可达90%。
A new environmental friendly catalyst, SO42-/TiO2-La2O3 was prepared. The catalytic activity of catalyst in esterification of n-butanoic acid and n-butyl alcohol was tested and compared with that of H3PW12O40 and H2SO4. SO42-/TiO2-La2O3 had better catalytic activity than H3PW12O40 and H2SO4. The experimental results showed that SO42-/TiO2-La2O3 is an excellent catalyst for the synthesis of butyl butyrate, and the optimum reaction conditions are the molar ratio of alcohol to acid 1.5∶1, the mass ratio of the catalyst to the reactants 1.5%, and the reaction time 1 h. Under these conditions, the yield of butyl butyrate is 90.0%.
