饲喂含不同秸秆的全日粮颗粒料对绵羊瘤胃及血液代谢参数的影响

Effects of total pellet feed diet with different straws on the rumen and blood metabolism parameters for sheep

选用4只1岁左右,装有瘤胃瘘管的杂种生长羯羊,按2×3交叉试验设计,交替饲喂以玉米秸和苜蓿为粗料(A处理)及以小麦秸和苜蓿为粗料(B处理)的等消化能、等氮全日粮颗粒料,测定了瘤胃消化代谢参数(pH值、NH3-N、尿素氮)和血浆尿素氮(PUN)浓度。结果表明:采食两种日粮试羊的瘤胃代谢参数及PUN均无显著差异(P>0.05),均处于正常范围;但摄食A料时瘤胃pH值有高于B料的趋势,NH3-N浓度的动态变化较B料平稳。

In a 2×3 crossing design trial,four one year old hybrid wethers with rumen fistula were divided into 2 groups,and the complete pellet diets with roughage containing corn-stalk and alfalfa(treatment A)and the diets with roughage containing wheat-straw and alfalfa(treatment B)were fed alternatively to 2 groups.The concentrations of digestive energy(DE)and nitrogen(N)of two diets are equal.Rumen metabolic parameters(pH value,NH3-N,urea-N)and the concentration of plasma urea nitrogen(PUN)were measured.The results showed that there were no significant differences for rumen metabolic parameters and the PUN of wethers between the two treatments(P>0.05).While there was a tendency that the rumen fluid pH value of treatment A was higher than that of treatment B;The variation of rumen fluid NH3-N of treatment A was more steady than that of treatment B.Both parameters above varied within normal range when wethers were fed with diet A or diet B.
