运用微观经济学关于供给、需求和均衡的基本原理,对公路建设监理企业市场、监理人员市场进行研究和分析,从市场内部运行机制角度,提出解决监理企业和监理人员市场中供不应求矛盾的途径。
According to the basic theory about supply, demand and balance in Micro-economics field, the supervision enterprise market and the personnel market are analyzed and the way to solve the contradiction between supply and demand in the two markets is provided in this paper.
