摘要
生脉散中加入生龙骨、生牡电蛎基本方,中西医结合治疗慢性心力衰竭18例,并与西药对照组20例进行临床观察。治疗组临床心功能改善总有效率88.9％,核素心功能检测和运动负荷试验结果示SV、EF、ER和RCO均有明显提高,和西药对照组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。
Eighteen cases of chronic heart failure were treated by integrated TCM and WM method, including pulso-genic powder plus Os Draconis, Conchae Ostrea, with another group of 20 cases treated by western drug alone as control. The total effective rate for the amelioration of cardiac function in the treating group was 88- 9%. Nuclide cardiac function test revealing marked improvement in Sv, EF. ER, RCC), with significant difference as compared with the western drug control group (P<0. 05).
