摘要 cAMP作为第二信使分子参与学习和记忆过程.笔者通过测定血管性痴呆(vascular dementia,VD)小鼠模型脑组织cAMP和腺苷环化酶(adenylyl cyclase,AC)水平变化以及石杉碱甲对二者的影响,以探讨血管性痴呆发病的分子生物学机制.
