摘要 肉用型乌鸡是在冀西北地区特定生态条件下,通过泰和乌鸡、本地柴鸡和山地乌鸡杂交选育而成,现已选育到第2世代,本试验对选育群体中出现的桑椹冠鸡、单冠鸡、杂羽鸡进行了肉用性能测定,结果表明:桑椹冠公母鸡130日龄体重分别为1.78±0.17 kg和1.33±0.33 kg,均比泰和乌鸡高(P<0.01),胸腿肌率分别为42.89%和42.44%也比泰和乌鸡高(P<0.01),且乌性性状明显,具有很好的开发潜力. Meat-type silkies were mutiplied by cross-breeding TaiHe Silkies,local chicken on special circumstance in Region of the Northwest of HeBei.Now,the second generation shows up.The meat performances of mulberry-like comb Silkies,single Silkies and variegated feather Silkies are determined in this study,and compared with TaiHe Silkies.The result shows: the average body weights were 1.78±0.17kg and 1.33±0.33kg,the percentages of chest-leg muscle were 42.89% and 42.44% in male and female mulberry-like comb Silkies respectively,which are higher than those of TaiHe Sildied correspondinghy(P<0.01).Furthermore,the black properties were rather evident.It is efficient and potential that mulberry-like comb Silkies can be used as a new Silky breed.
