摘要
在新型钢结构中常常需要采用通过冷热加工成型的曲线钢管,钢管弯曲后其材料性能相对于直管有一定的变化。通过试验研究了钢管经过冷热弯曲后的材料性能,包括弹性模量、屈服强度、极限强度、延伸率等的变化规律,及钢管经过冷热弯曲后对结构可能产生的影响。
Curved steel pipes by cold and hot formings are usually used in new sty le steel structures. The material performance of a curved steel pipe changes aft er bending is different from straight one. It is studied the changing rules of s ome aspects of material performance, including the Young′s modulus, the yield s trength, the ultimate strength, the elongation of curved steel pipe after bending, and its influence on the structures.
