摘要
对蒙古栎8个不同的种源进行了硝酸还原酶活性、叶绿素及可溶性蛋白含量的测定。结果表明:蒙古栎不同种源间硝酸还原酶活性、叶绿素含量及可溶性蛋白间存在明显差异,且与生长性状呈极显著的正相关。硝酸还原酶活性、叶绿素、可溶性蛋白含量可作为蒙古栎早期选择的生理指标。参试的集安种源的硝酸还原酶活性、可溶性蛋白含量及叶绿素含量均较高,可初步认为是优良种源。
Nitrate reductase activity, chlorophyll and soluble protein contents of eight di fferent provenances of Quercus mongolica were determined. The result showed that there were significant differences in the nitrate reductase activity as wel l as the contents of soluble protein and chlorophyll among the different provena nces, and there were significantly positive correlation between growth character s and these three physiological indices. Therefore, the nitrate reductase activi ty and contents of soluble protein and chlorophyll could be used as physiologica l indices in early selection of Quercus mongolica. With higher values of the se three indices, Ji'an provenance was considered to be a good provenance.
