摘要
目的探讨肝移植术在自身免疫性肝炎(AIH)中的治疗价值。方法对1例AIH肝硬化患者行肝移植手术。结果患者术后恢复顺利,随访1年未出现排斥反应及复发,抗核抗体(ANA)转阴,肝功能正常。结论肝移植术可作为终末期AIH的有效治疗手段。
Objective To evaluate the value of liver transplantation in the treatment of autoimmune hepatitis (AIH).Methods One case of AIH with hepatocirrhosis was treated by orthotopic liver transplantation.Results Follow-up for 1 year,there were no rejection reaction and recurrence occurred,ANA were negative and liver function was normal.Conclusion Liver transplantation was an effective method to treat AIH.
