补中益气汤治疗儿童右肺中叶不张综合征21例

Treatment on 2 1 Cases of Childhood Right-middle LungLobe Atelectasis Syndrome with Buzhong Yiqi Tang

２１例儿童右肺中叶不张综合征患者在使用抗生素等综合治疗措施２～３周后，热退，咳嗽基本消失或明显减轻，但中叶不张依然存在。停用西药，口服补中益气汤２～６周，２１例全部治愈，疗效满意。

AbstractAfter the comprehensive treatment of 21 cases of childhood right-middle lung lobe atelecta-sis syndrome by using antibiotics etc. for 2～3weeks,fever and cough symptoms disappeared ba-sically or relieved obviously, but the atelectasis syndrome of right-middle lung lobe remained.Taking Buzhong Yiqi Tang Liquor orally for 2～6weeks instead of using western medicine,all the 21 cases were healed.The result was satisfied.
