摘要
本文通过对４２例气虚便秘病人的排粪造影检查及其影像分析，探讨了气虚便秘病人排粪时肛门直肠部的变化，认为排粪造影可较准确地观察气虚便秘的形态学改变，可作为检查气虚便秘的方法之一，并能作为指导临床选择治疗方法的依据之一。
AbstractThrough the defecography and image analysis of 42 cases of constipation patients due toQixiu,we studied the morphological changes in anorectal region when the patients excreted.wethought that defecography could be used to observe the morphological changes in constipationcondition accurately. So , we suggested that defelography be used to examine constipation and toguide selecting clinical treatment method
