摘要
目的测定防风通圣颗粒剂中盐酸麻黄碱的含量。方法采用双波长薄层扫描法。以0.2%CMCNa-硅胶G薄层板作固定相,乙醇-氯仿-水-氨水(10∶1∶4∶0.5)为展开剂;λS=530nm,λR=690nm。结果与结论在1~6μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999,平均回收率为97.33%,RSD=1.00%。
Objective To determine the Ephedrine Hydrochloride in Fangfengtongsheng Granules.Methods Dual wavelength thin layer chromatography scanning was used.0.2% CMCNa silica G plate was used,with alcohol-chloroform-water-ammonia (10∶1∶4∶0.5) as develop reagent,530nm as detective wavelength,and 690nm as reference wavelength.Results and conclusion The line range was 1~6μg,r=0.999.The average recovery was 97.33% and RSD was 1.00%.
