HPLC法测定去甲斑蝥素片的含量

Determination of Demethylcantharidin Tablets by HPLC

目的建立去甲斑蝥素片中去甲斑蝥素的HPLC含量测定方法。方法用C18柱,流动相为0.020mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液-甲醇(70∶30)(用磷酸调节pH值至3.1);检测波长为213nm。结果线性范围为0.068～0.340mg·ml-1。去甲斑蝥素的高、中、低三个加入量的回收率分别为98.9%(RSD=1.1%),98.4%(RSD=1.2%)和99.5%(RSD=0.9%)。结论本法结果准确,重现性好。

Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Demethylcantharidin in Demethylcantharidin Tablets.Methods Diamonsil~ TMC 18 column was used.The mobile phase was 0.020mol·L~ -1 potassium dihydrogen phosphdte solution-methanol (70∶30)(adjusted pH to 3.1 by phosphoric acid).The detective wavelength was at 213nm.Results The linear range was 0.068～0.340mg·ml~ -1.The average recoveries of three concentration were 98.9%(RSD=1.1%),98.4%(RSD=1.2%) and 99.5%(RSD=0.9%) respectively.Conclusion The method was accurate and had good reproducibilities.
