摘要
目的制备氧氟沙星滴眼液,并制定质量控制方法。方法用紫外分光光度法测定其含量,并对其进行稳定性和局部刺激性试验。结果氧氟沙星的线性范围为1.1～11μg·ml-1,r=0.9999,平均回收率为100.56%。结论该制剂制备方法简便易行,稳定性好,其质量控制方法简单,专属性好,结果准确可靠。
Objective To prepare Ofloxacin Eye Drops and establish quality control method.Methods The concentration of Ofloxacin was determined by UV spectrphotometry.The stability and the stimulation tests were also studied.Results The liner range of Ofloxacin was 1.1～11μg·ml~ -1,r=0.9999.The average recovery was 100.56%.Conclusion The Ofloxacin Eye Drops can be prepared simply and feasibly.The method of quality control is simply,rapid and accurate.
