利咽喷剂抗流感及腺病毒实验研究

Study the role of Liyan Spray in anti influenza and adenovirus

目的探讨利咽喷剂对甲、乙型流感病毒及腺病毒4型的抗病毒作用。方法采用固定药液稀释病毒进行鸡胚尿囊腔注射法及单层细胞病变抑制法对其进行抗病毒实验。结果①甲、乙两型流感病毒对照组半数感染量(EID50)的差数均大于5,反对数大于50;②对甲、乙型流感病毒及腺病毒4型的抑制指数(TI)分别为2、2、1.9。结论利咽喷剂对甲型流感病毒,乙型流感病毒,腺病毒4型均有不同程度的抑制作用。

Objective To study the role of anti-virus effect of Liyan Spray on type A and Binfluenza virus and type 4 adenovirus.?Methods The role of Liyan Spray was studied by chicken allantochorion assay and monolayer cell growth inhibition assay after serial dilution.Results The margin of EID 50 and its antilogarithm between type A,B influenza virus and the control are more than 5 and 50 respectively.The TI index on type A and B influenza virus and type 4 adenovirus were 2,2 and 1.9 respectively.Conclusion Liyan Spray inhibited the growth of type A and B influenza virus and type 4 adenovirus.
