门冬氨酸钾镁治疗急性心肌梗塞疗效观察

摘要 目的评价急性心肌梗塞患者早期应用门冬氨酸钾镁盐治疗的临床疗效。方法确诊为急性心肌梗塞患者58例,随机分门冬氨酸钾镁组30例和对照组28例,前者在5%葡萄糖液500ml中加入门冬氨酸钾镁2g静点,每日1次,14d为一疗程。全部患者均持续心电监护1周,观察心律失常的发生以及心肌梗塞急性期的病死率。结果急性心肌梗塞应用门冬氨酸钾镁组心律失常发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在急性心肌梗塞的早期治疗中,门冬氨酸钾镁能预防室性心律失常的发生,可作为抗心律失常的辅助剂。
