摘要
培训体现了一种建立在“可雇性”基础上的雇佣契约。随着全球化竞争和社会变革所带来的挑战,越来越多的高校意识到必须培训和开发教师更为广泛的技能,必须根据各类教师的需求特点,研究制订培训规划,使培训工作具有针对性、科学性和高效益。高校在开展培训时,要明确学校的发展战略,了解教师的职业发展需要,把学校发展与教师个人职业发展紧密结合起来。
The training embodies an employment contract based on empl oyable quali fications. With the development of global competition and challenges caused by s ocial reforms, more and more institutes of higher learning are aware of the nec essities and importance of training and developing teacher's skills . We'd be tt er make a training plan according to the features of the demands of teachers of all kinds so as to make the training more effective and scientific. When carryin g out the training ,we had better make sure of the development strategies of our school and try to understand the needs of teachers' occupation development so a s to closely combine the development of school and that of the teachers'occupat ion .
