摘要 比较了生产紫铜母线的两种传统工艺———铸轧法和挤压法;分析了紫铜母线折弯开裂的原因是由晶粒粗大引起的;讨论了细化晶粒的几种方法:退火、添加晶粒细化剂和激冷。最后指出:调整紫铜母线的配料比例、控制挤压温度和挤压速度,能改善紫铜母线的力学性能,提高产品的成品率。 A comparison was made between the two conventional methods (roll-casting and extruding) for producing copper busbar. The cracking of busbar during bending is found to be attributable to the coarsing of the grains. Several methods for refining grains including annealing, adding grain refiner and quenching were discussed. It is pointed out finally that the adjustment of proportions of alloy make-up and control of extruding temperature and speed can help improve the mechanical properties and increase the yield of the products.
