从机组制造、结构和运行维护等方面分析了京南电厂进口贯流式机组定子线棒绝缘击穿及铁芯松动的形成原因，介绍了本厂的处理方法。

<Abstrcat> The reasons for insulation breakdown of imported bulb-type stator bar of tubular hydro set and loose of iron core were analyzed from three aspects, namely from the stand of manufacture, structure, and operation maintenance. A feasible way, which was used in Jingnan Power Plant, was presented to solve these problems.
